STRATEGY
Valour Partners Fund I LP (the “Fund”) provides co-owner financing and mezzanine loans in connection with real estate projects controlled by the Valour Group of Companies. Such loans may provide the Fund with the opportunity to acquire full or partial interests in the underlying assets that are consistent with the Fund’s investment strategy through rights, options or negotiated transactions. Therefore, in addition to generating interest income, the Fund’s lending activities provide an alternative means to obtaining participation in projects which may otherwise have not been accessible. The Fund anticipates that these opportunities for participation will materialize mid-way through the Fund’s term. The Fund’s objective is to generate an alternative income stream with low volatility and moderate capital appreciation. Additionally, the company partners with experienced real estate lenders and investment companies whose primary business is lending which helps to mitigate risk.

Valour Partners Fund II LP (the “Fund”) provides co-owner financing and mezzanine loans in connection with real estate development projects controlled by the Valour Group of Companies. The Fund’s objective is to generate a monthly income stream while diversifying the investment portfolio to reduce overall risk. Additionally, the Fund partners with experienced real estate lenders and investment companies whose primary business is lending which helps mitigate risk. The Fund will be given access to a pipeline of superior return investments not offered to the general public and therefore can target a higher annual return.
